VETERANS DAY OBSERVANCE

Sunday 9 November was time for a solemn but celebratory observance at the XGDF Association. On hand to give oral presentations were Members Desmond Roberts and Hartley Liverpool. Honorary Member Larry Morrish also took the podium for remarks during the ceremony which was attended by about 65 members. The President of the Association I.C. Fraser chaired the proceedings and also addressed the members. The President of the XGuyana Coast Guard Association was a guest at the event which was followed by a cocktail reception.
